UdD signs Memorandum of Understanding with Sault College
In a bid to enhance international academic collaborations, Universidad de Dagupan (UdD) has signed today a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sault College, the largest provider of apprenticeship courses and training across the Northern Ontario in Canada.
The MOU, signed by UdD President, Dr. Feliza Arzadon-Sua and Sault College Vice President for Strategic International Development, Mr. Richard Peters, aims to establish academic cooperation between the two institutions in the areas of curriculum development, faculty and student exchange programs, joint research projects, and other academic activities.
Dr. Arzadon-Sua expressed her excitement on the possibilities that the partnership represents, likewise, grateful for the opportunity to work with such dedicated and inspiring colleagues.
“I look forward to seeing the incredible impact we can make together, and to the many successes and achievements that will come from our collaboration,” said Dr. Arzadon-Sua.
The signing of the MOU was witnessed by officials of the university, including Dr. Justin Q. Callesto, VP for Finance; Sir Jann Alfred A. Quinto, VP for Administration; Dr. Anthony Sua, VP for External Affairs and International Linkages; Dr. Jose Jay de Vera, Dean of the School of Engineering; and Sault College's Regional Manager in the Philippines & Oceania, Ms. May Lingao.
The collaboration between UdD and Sault College is expected to pave way for more international partnerships and academic exchanges in the future.
