CDD offers MIT

Colegio de Dagupan (CDD), upon recommendation of the Technical Working Group (TWG) on Higher Education Developing Project-Faculty Development Program (HEDP-FDP) during its 317th Commission en-banc (CEB) meeting last July 14, 2008 approved and now included as FDP-Delivering Higher Education Institution (DHEI) for the Master in Information Technology. FDP-DHEI for said masters program are identified by TWG as granting institutions of the program in priority fields delivered with a high mark distinctive record of Center/s of Excellence (COE/s), Center/s of Development (COD/s) and the least Level III accreditation by the members of the Federation of Accrediting Agencies of the Philippines (FAAP).  As a delivering institution, CDD is responsible for recommending faculty scholars under the FDP as well as monitor the progress of faculty scholars and confer to the faculty scholar the degree in his/her chosen field upon successful completion of the requirements set for the course program among others.CDD is the first FDP-DHEI in the region to offer an MIT program starting 2nd Semester SY 2008-2009 thereby supplying faculty development demands of the IT academe.
