Colegio de Dagupan has topped again the passing percentage in the Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination in the entire Pangasinan when its first time passers registered a 56% average passing percentage and an overall passing percentage of 50%. This CPA exam given only this October 2009 saw 132 other schools with zero passing percentage in the entire country. A total of 2,888 out of 6,929 passed the said exam. Compared to the national passing percentage of 41.67%, CdD's rating brings it again to the limelight for highest performance in the CPA Licensure Exam in the province. This followed suit after a remarkable 100% passing average of its first-takers in the Electrical Engineering Licensure Exam last September, the highest mark also in the entire province.

The successful CPA passers are Samuel C. Manuel of Lingayen, Ivor Joshua M. Millora of Infanta, Kenneth Romier C. Javier of Mangaldan, Leo G. Garcia of Bonuan Binloc, Dagupan City, Mary Grace V. Sera of Mangaldan, Crescente Ambrosio Q. Estradan of Salisay District, Dagupan City and Vanessa I. Vallo of Sta. Barbara. The new CPA's are scheduled to take their Oath of Professional on Nov. 18, 2009 at the Plenary Hall of the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Roxas Blvd., Manila.
